I'm a Lead Software Engineer with over 18 years of experience building software platforms that support revenue, marketing, operations, and performance teams. I've led cloud architecture and AWS modernization initiatives across multiple organizations, designed executive dashboards that give leadership real visibility into the business, and built marketing attribution systems that change how campaigns get measured.
What I care about most is the team: mentoring engineers, establishing standards that raise the quality bar, and improving the delivery process so good work ships predictably. I partner directly with business stakeholders — the best technology decisions start with understanding the problem, not the tooling.
Off the clock, I'm happiest somewhere scenic — mountains, forests, lakes — with three huskies for company. Less about the trek, more about the view.
